Job Summary:
Drive strategic account growth and client satisfaction across Southeast Asia for a leading industrial solutions provider.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with key clients and affiliates across Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, and the Philippines.
  • Act as the primary contact for escalations and strategic discussions with regional clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to expand market share across Southeast Asia.
  • Develop and implement account strategies tailored to regional market dynamics.
  • Align client objectives with company offerings to maximise value delivery.
  • Monitor account performance and key metrics, preparing regular reports for senior leadership.
  • Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure service excellence.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in account management or regional sales.
  • Prior experience in the industrial or electronic gases sector is an added advantage.
  • Proven success in managing multi-country accounts and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Excel.
  • Cultural sensitivity and ability to navigate diverse business environments.
  • Willingness to travel across Southeast Asia.
