Job Summary:

Lead the long-term product strategy and development of a next‑generation, AI‑enabled platform within a high‑growth technology environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive long-term product and platform strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Translate market insights, buyer behaviour, and regulatory considerations into a strategic product roadmap.
  • Build and scale an automation‑first, AI‑enabled platform to enhance accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Establish product standards, frameworks, and priorities to guide cross‑functional teams.
  • Lead a high‑performing Product and Process organisation with strong strategic and execution capabilities.
  • Ensure product decisions are informed by deep understanding of user workflows and buyer personas across multiple markets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Product Management.
  • Proven experience delivering AI‑driven product features in real‑world applications.
  • Strong grounding in UX principles, systems thinking, and end‑to‑end product lifecycle management.
  • Ability to interpret and act on complex user behaviours and buyer insights across diverse markets.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline.
  • Highly adaptable, curious, and committed to continuous learning.
  • Ability to work effectively in multi‑country, compliance‑heavy environments.
