About the Role
We are seeking an Offshore Relationship Manager to acquire and manage affluent and priority clients from the Malaysia market. You will provide tailored wealth advisory, drive portfolio growth, and deliver high service standards while ensuring adherence to the bank’s regulatory and compliance frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Acquire, grow, and manage a portfolio of offshore Malaysia priority clients.
- Conduct financial reviews to identify client goals and recommend suitable wealth and banking solutions.
- Strengthen client relationships through proactive engagement, investment updates, and personalised advisory.
- Support marketing initiatives, networking activities, and presentations to drive new client acquisition.
- Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and onboarding targets through structured sales planning.
- Maintain high service standards with timely follow-ups and effective client retention.
- Ensure full compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and AML/CFT procedures.
Requirements
- Tertiary education with relevant CMFAS certifications (M1, M5, M6, M6A).
- 2-5 years of banking or wealth management experience, ideally serving affluent or priority clients.
- Strong knowledge of wealth products (investments, insurance, deposits) and familiarity with cross-border client needs, especially Malaysia-Singapore.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, sales-oriented, and able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
