About the Role:
Join our team as a key specialist supporting our marine cargo insurance business. In this role, you will provide essential support in underwriting, client relations, and policy administration, ensuring a seamless service experience for brokers and clients. This position offers a great opportunity to deepen your expertise in the specialized marine insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Underwriting & Business Support: Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations for marine cargo risks, while coordinating with brokers to collect underwriting information.
• Policy Administration: Manage the issuance of policies, endorsements, and certificates, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Client & Data Management: Maintain and update client and prospect databases to support business development and service excellence.
• Compliance & Follow-up: Ensure all activities adhere to company and regulatory guidelines, and diligently track pending documentation.
• Marketing Support: Contribute to campaigns and initiatives that promote our marine cargo insurance solutions.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marine underwriting.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A proactive team player who is customer-focused, meticulous, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to pursue relevant professional qualifications (e.g., Certificate in General Insurance) if required.
