Job Summary Exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to lead marine-related sales and drive regional business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Ship Owners, Ship Managers, Superintendents, and Ship Chandlers in Singapore.
  • Build and sustain customer engagement to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Manage negotiations, follow up on inquiries, and close sales effectively.
  • Prepare monthly sales reports, forecasts, and market insights.
  • Execute action plans to secure new sales leads and prospects.
  • Drive proactive sales hunting activities.
  • Organize local and overseas customer entertainment to strengthen relationships.
  • Represent the company at marine exhibitions and related industry events.
  • Lead and mentor a team of seven Indoor Sales Coordinators, resolving sales-related issues.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in sales of gas detection products and/or systems.
  • Willingness to travel locally and regionally (approximately 30% overseas travel).
  • Self-motivated, committed, and able to work independently.
  • Strong performance-driven and target-oriented mindset.
  • Proven leadership experience with a positive, solution-focused approach.
  • Ability to manage high-pressure situations effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience engaging with Ship Owners, Ship Managers, Superintendents, and Ship Chandlers is an added advantage.
