Responsibilities

  • Handle inquiries from corporate and individual clients
  • Conduct property viewings and guide clients through tours
  • Support contract finalization in collaboration with local staff
  • Coordinate and manage property handover to tenants, including preparation and guidance
  • Perform administrative tasks such as document preparation and email correspondence
  • Report updates and share progress with supervisors
  • Provide post-handover customer support

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2C sales or customer service
  • Proficient in Japanese to liaise with Japanese-speaking customers.
  • Ability to work on weekends when required (compensatory leave provided)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is an advantage
