Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries from corporate and individual clients
- Conduct property viewings and guide clients through tours
- Support contract finalization in collaboration with local staff
- Coordinate and manage property handover to tenants, including preparation and guidance
- Perform administrative tasks such as document preparation and email correspondence
- Report updates and share progress with supervisors
- Provide post-handover customer support
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2C sales or customer service
- Proficient in Japanese to liaise with Japanese-speaking customers.
- Ability to work on weekends when required (compensatory leave provided)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is an advantage
