Japanese speaking customer Service [Interpreter/ Up to $4,5k]

Responsibilities:
- Handling reception-related duties for customers (This center takes appointments system, so it is necessary to provide one-on-one service)
- Explaining treatment details and costs to customers (this is not a sales role).
- Coordination/collaboration with agencies.
- Cleaning the center, preparing supplies and equipment, and serving tea to customers.
- General administrative duties for the store
- Accompanying and interpreting for executives visiting from Japan
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a related field, such as reception or customer service
- Proficiency in Japanese and Chinese for liaising with Japanese and Chinese speaking clients and stakeholders.
- Possess hospitality and customer service skills
- The ability to accommodate shifts until 10 PM or 11 PM, and work on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy skills
[Advantage]
- Experience in reception duties is an advantage
- Experience in retail, cosmetics, or the beauty industry is an advantage
- Experience in interpretation is a definite advantage
- Experience working with VIP clients is an advantage
