Japanese Speaking B2B Sales Executive

Responsibilities
- Lead sales activities to achieve company targets and adjust strategies as needed
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, introducing new products and expanding SKU range
- Develop and implement in-store expansion plans, branding initiatives, and optimize product displays
- Research and engage potential clients to develop new sales channels
- Conduct meetings, training sessions, and participate in industry events
- Identify prospects, manage the sales cycle, and close new business deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient inventory management and order fulfillment
- Prepare reports, proposals, and documentation to support business decisions
- Coordinate with the sales team in Japan HQ and provide regular updates
- Perform on-site activities to arrange and optimize in-store displays
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Proficiency in Japanese for liaising with the sales team in Japan HQ
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Possess a valid Class 3 driver’s license
- Experience in the retail and wholesale industry is an added advantage
