(Japanese Speaking) Network & Cyber Security Manager

Responsibilities:
- Lead overall network and cyber security service operations to ensure smooth delivery and service excellence.
- Manage, mentor, and develop engineering teams, including local and outsourced/remote resources.
- Oversee business planning, service roadmaps, and long‑term service portfolio development.
- Manage P&L, budgeting, pricing strategies, and profitability.
- Govern network service delivery across leased lines, IP‑VPN/MPLS, L2VPN, Internet, and multi‑carrier environments.
- Lead cyber security service design and operations, including EDR/MDR, SOC/SOCaaS, vulnerability management, and incident response.
- Provide pre‑sales support, solution design, and sales enablement for internal stakeholders.
- Serve as the final technical escalation point for network outages, security incidents, high‑risk changes, and complex customer requirements.
- Collaborate with regional teams and headquarters to align service standards, offerings, and operational models.
- Establish governance practices, enforce SLAs and policies, maintain documentation, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in network services or IT infrastructure.
- Proficiency in Japanese language for liaising with Japanese‑speaking clients and stakeholders.
- Experience in server and cloud technologies, including Linux and Nutanix implementation and troubleshooting.
- Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and outsourced/remote engineering resources.
- Strong hands‑on expertise in IP‑VPN/MPLS, L2/L3 networking, Internet services, and multi‑carrier environments.
- Knowledge of cyber security fundamentals, managed security services, and incident response.
- Ability to act as a senior engineer during major incidents or escalations.
- Experience in business planning, P&L management, cost optimization, and service profitability analysis.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to sales teams, management, and customers.
- Experience working with regional stakeholders and headquarters is an added advantage.
- Business-level English proficiency (spoken and written).
