Responsibilities

  • Teach Japanese as a foreign language to working adults in an immersive classroom environment
  • Deliver lessons using the direct method to encourage natural communication in Japanese
  • Promote cultural exchange and introduce Japanese customs and traditions
  • Enable students to achieve practical communication skills for personal and professional use
  • Participate in lesson planning and contribute to school-related tasks

Requirements

  • Possess one of the following qualifications:
    • Degree major or sub-major in Japanese Language Teaching
    • Completion of a Japanese Teacher Training Course at an accredited institution
    • Passed the Japanese Language Teaching Competency Test
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a team player
