Enterprise Account Manager [SI | Up to $10k Basic]

Job Summary: An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team managing accounts in BFSI sector.
Responsibilities:
- Generate products and services revenue and profits for the company through account coverage in the BFSI sector.
- Work on solutions-based selling, identifying customer pain points and aligning appropriate solutions to meet the customer’s business needs.
- Engage in business development and create sales opportunities while engaging customers.
- Perform bid analysis based on solutions offered with competitor landscape to generate competitive bids for submission.
- Engage and visit customers to explain solutions offered.
- Identify key stakeholders within accounts to continue growth, extending reach to different business units within the accounts.
Requirements:
- Preferably 5 years and above experience in IT.
- Experience in tender submission process (bid review, tabulation, and submission).
- Analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Team player and confident, direct with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Candidates with lesser years of experience will be considered for the Account Manager position.
