Job Summary Lead and grow pharmaceutical sales operations, driving business performance and compliance across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth for Ethical and OTC businesses, including managing the Ethical Group.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing improvement measures as needed.
  • Oversee daily operations across sales, marketing, logistics, finance, and human resources.
  • Foster effective coordination and collaboration among team members.
  • Support budgeting, cost control, and initiatives to enhance profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare and submit regular business and sales reports to the Director (Malaysia).

Requirements

  • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong background in sales and business management.
  • Experience in the generic pharmaceutical business is an added advantage.
  • Willingness to work hands-on in a small team environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
