Responsibilities:
- Manage reception duties and provide one-on-one customer service for scheduled appointments
- Explain treatment details and costs clearly to customers (non-sales role)
- Coordinate and liaise with external agencies as required
- Maintain cleanliness of the centre and prepare supplies, equipment, and refreshments for customers
- Handle general administrative tasks for the store
- Accompany and interpret for visiting executives from Japan
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in reception or customer service roles
- Proficiency in Japanese language for liaising with Japanese-speaking customers and stakeholders
- Strong hospitality and customer service skills
- Ability to work shifts until 10 PM or 11 PM, including weekends and public holidays
- Basic computer literacy
