Responsibilities:

  • Proactively acquire new high-value (Priority) clients for the bank through targeted sales initiatives.
  • Build and manage a network of referral partners (e.g., property agents, brokers) to generate quality leads.
  • Represent the bank at marketing events, campaigns, and roadshows, including some evenings and weekends.
  • Cross-sell a full range of retail and premium banking products, including credit cards and insurance.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all banking regulations, compliance standards, and ethical conduct.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of banking sales experience with a proven track record.
  • Strong B2B and/or B2C sales skills with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to engage professionally with affluent clients and stakeholders.
  • Highly self-motivated with strong time management and resilience under pressure.
  • Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
