About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our SME lending portfolio. In this role, you will be instrumental in acquiring new business clients and promoting our specialized Guarantee Instalment Loan products to established companies. Your focus will be on building strong relationships, delivering excellent client service, and driving measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively drive sales and acquire new SME clients for our Guarantee Instalment Loan solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to expand market reach and achieve assigned targets.
  • Ensure a seamless, professional customer experience throughout the client journey.
  • Maintain strict compliance with all internal policies and banking regulations.
  • Travel as needed to engage with clients and attend business development activities.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of business development or sales experience in banking or financial services, with a focus on SME clients.
  • Good understanding of business loan products, particularly Guarantee Instalment Loans.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving market.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
