Admin & Accounting Executive {Japanese Speaking | Up to $5K +AWS + VB]

Responsibilities :
- Accounting (70~80%)
- Perform daily journal entries and maintain accurate bookkeeping
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare vendor bills, payment vouchers, and bank reconciliations
- Issue customer invoices and manage collections
- Assist with monthly closing and financial reporting
- Prepare GST returns and support IRAS filings
- Liaise with external accountants and auditors
- Manage petty cash and employee expense reimbursements
- General Affairs (20~30%)
- Manage office supplies, utilities, and maintenance contracts
- Liaise and coordinate with vendors, building management, and service providers
- Handle company licenses, insurance, and statutory documents
- Support HR and payroll administration (CPF submission, leave records, etc.)
- Apply for and renew work passes/visas with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM)
- Arrange business trips, accommodations, and transportation
- Provide general administrative support for daily operation
Requirements :
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting and administration
- Proficiency in Japanese to communicate with Japanese-speaking counterparts
- Good understanding of Singapore statutory requirements (CPF, IRAS, GST, MOM, etc.)
- Proficient in MS Office and accounting software (QuickBooks, Odoo, Xero, etc.)
- High attention to detail, well-organized, and able to work independently
