Admin & Accounting Executive {Japanese Speaking | Up to $5K +AWS + VB]

Responsibilities :

  • Accounting (70~80%)
    • Perform daily journal entries and maintain accurate bookkeeping
    • Handle accounts payable and receivable
    • Prepare vendor bills, payment vouchers, and bank reconciliations
    • Issue customer invoices and manage collections
    • Assist with monthly closing and financial reporting
    • Prepare GST returns and support IRAS filings
    • Liaise with external accountants and auditors
    • Manage petty cash and employee expense reimbursements
  • General Affairs (20~30%) 
    • Manage office supplies, utilities, and maintenance contracts
    • Liaise and coordinate with vendors, building management, and service providers
    • Handle company licenses, insurance, and statutory documents
    • Support HR and payroll administration (CPF submission, leave records, etc.)
    • Apply for and renew work passes/visas with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM)
    • Arrange business trips, accommodations, and transportation
    • Provide general administrative support for daily operation

Requirements :

  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting and administration
  • Proficiency in Japanese to communicate with Japanese-speaking counterparts 
  • Good understanding of Singapore statutory requirements (CPF, IRAS, GST, MOM, etc.)
  • Proficient in MS Office and accounting software (QuickBooks, Odoo, Xero, etc.)
  • High attention to detail, well-organized, and able to work independently
