Responsibilities:

  • Conduct accounting and tax due diligence for overseas expansion and M&A projects
  • Provide accounting and tax support for overseas subsidiaries
  • Establish and improve internal controls for overseas subsidiaries
  • Coordinate reporting between headquarters and overseas entities
  • Deliver accounting and tax advisory services to clients
  • Assist with overseas business support activities based on business needs

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in an audit or accounting firm
  • Strong practical knowledge of accounting and tax
  • Proficiency in Japanese language for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders
  • Experience in overseas or cross‑border engagements is an added advantage
  • Professional qualifications such as Japanese CPA, US CPA, or Certified Tax Accountant are an added advantage
